Warranty:

• 30 day replacement limited guarantee with a return of a defective generic inkjet item.
• 90 day replacement limited guarantee with a return of a defective generic laser/toner item.
• Limited guarantee exclusions from coverage under this warranty are the following:
  • OEM cartridge defects are under Brand Name manufactures warrantee. Contact Brand name manufacturer for replacement assistance.
• Return shipping is provided for defective items with a prepaid shipping label by Save On Cartridge Plus. No shipping cost will be reimbursed.
• All products to be returned to Save On Cartridge Plus for warranty inspection must receive prior return authorization and RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
• Cartridges that do not provide ink monitor/level or delay messages are not considered defective.
• All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product
• All coverage under this warranty is void due to damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect is present.
• Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.
• Warranty applies from the date of purchase.
• All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt
• If a product is found to be defective by Save On Cartridge Plus, in its sole discretion, Save On Cartridge Plus only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. Save On Cartridge Plus will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of product.
• Refund or replacement will be given only after passing inspection from Save On Cartridge Plus
• Refund or replacement will reflect remaining ink or toner level. Supply status page must be produced.
